SHIPPING

 

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

VIVA LA EARTH offers the following shipping options:

• USA: FREE using USPS Ground Advantage to anywhere in the U.S with two orders or more. It can take up to 12 business day for delivery.

• Canada: $42 flat rate using USPS First Class International Parcel.

• To all other countries: $50 flat rate USPS First Class International Parcel service.

 

IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 12 days to 8 weeks for delivery.  Also, please note that VIVA LA EARTH shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

 

VIVA LA EARTH is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. YOU Skincare will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

 

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

 

We will try our best to ship your package out within 1-4 business days (this is the time we pack up your products and hand it to the post office, please allow additional transit time). Most of the time, it will be earlier than that! Please understand the shipping time is not the time you place the order but from the time it dispatch from my shop.

 

RETURNS

Because JIBARA is a skincream made of seed oils, it could cause certain allergic skin reactions in some individuals . There is a very low possibility that this could happen, but if it's your case, please return the product to us within 15 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of your money, including shipping costs.

Our product is made in small batches and and we encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about it. 

 

VIVA LA EARTH offers refunds or exchanges if the product arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to info@jibaraelixir.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item and we will also refund shipping costs.
